The less you obsess, the quicker you’ll progress!

My dash is filled with reminders to eat healthy, work out, drink water, sleep enough etc but there aren’t enough telling you to stop thinking about all of that for 5 minutes. This is not to say “forget being healthy and eat what you want!” but a gentle reminder to live your life. Remember who you are and why you’re here on this journey. This is not a competition and a healthy lifestyle should not define you. Food should not be on your mind all the time, whether its worrying over a junk food binge or obsessive calorie counting, LET IT GO. Go live your life, be happy, love yourself and being healthy will come much easier. Remember what you’re doing this for, to be fit and have a fantastic LIFE, so go enjoy it!
